YETI AND SCHWINN - WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?!?

Many of you are curious about the recent Yeti-Schwinn merger and how it will affect your relationship with Yeti. We'd like to clarify a few points of confusion.

#1 - How Will Yeti Change? Yeti will NOT change significantly. We will continue to make the finest handbuily framesets available in our factory in Durange, Colorade. None of our employees have been "let go." Our operation will expand somewhat as we evolve into a cutting-edge R&D facility for Schwinn and Scott, as well as continuing our own business. We will have improved equipment, expanded engineering capacities, and more financial muscle - all of this will benefit everyone!

#2 - I was a Yeti Dealer/Distributor - Am I Still? Nobody at Yeti or at Schwinn is planning a widespread dealer masacre. Yeti plans to maintain and expand its current dealer/distributor network. If territorial conflicts arise between Yeti dealerships and Schwinn dealerships, each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have built up a strong Yeti business and don't want to lose it, DON'T WORRY! We love you and we want to keep doing business with you.

#3 - What About The Famous Yeti Quality? Hey, we're not stupid - we're not about to compromise the quality that our whole reputation is based on! Each frame will continue to be handcrafted with care and precision in our Durango, Colorado factory. Our bikes will continue to be hardcore, state-of-the-art, and innovative; our trŽs cool soft goods will remain comfortable and stylish; our friendly staff will still handle your orders promptly and efficiently.

Thanks for your support for the past ten years . . . we look forward to many more successful years with you!!
