Our Selection and Prices are usually the best in the cycling industry.

If you do find a nationally advertised competitor with a lower price, we will match their price whenever possible.

Some Closeouts offered by others are priced lower than our cost, so we can't match these.

We may not match competitors who we are repeatedly told by customers do not have items in stock, publish no known address except a URL, have only a post office box (Suspension Tech) or have no physical address in their ads at all. We can't determine the validity of these businesses by going there to buy things, and don't believe you would give them your credit card number.... so don't oblige us to give you their "price".

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase you may return it for replacement, exchange or refund. The product must be unused and in the original packaging.

BACKORDERS

Due to the type of products we carry - USA Made - High Demand - Small Production - we will occasionally be out of stock on an item you would like. We will backorder normal parts orders for you and immediately ship in-stock parts. No shipping charges will be applied for a single (US only) ground shipment on a backorder. (Oversize and custom items excluded- i.e. frames, custom wheels, etc.) You will be advised at the time of your order of the stock status on each item. We can hold your order and ship complete - It's up to you.

NOTE: $250.00 Free Freight / Free Backorder Freight only applies if both shipments are over $250.00.

WARRANTIES

Bike-Pro extends each Manufacturers Warranty to the original purchaser only on any merchandise purchased. The Manufacturer's Policy and Procedures will vary - freight in both directions is not covered. Call us for specific instructions if you have a product you believe is defective.

DOMESTIC ORDERING:

Most in-stock parts orders are shipped within 24 hours (custom bikes and wheelsets, may add between 1 and 3 weeks delay time). All orders shipped UPS Ground - 1-8 Days, unless other service is requested.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, General Delivery addresses or Hotels when payment is made by credit card.

People who arrange delivery to hotels have proved to be a great difficulty in successfully arranging the delivery and being able to arrange proof of delivery when the customer has claimed they did not receive the package.

If the customer changes their schedule and the package, for what ever reason arrives too soon or too late, it is a problem.

If staff at the hotel receives the package, yet never delivers it, (therefore it arrives late) it's a problem.

If the individual pays by credit card, and receives the goods from the hotel staff and then decides to complain afterward to the credit card company saying they didn't receive the package, the bank takes the money back from us and we can't prove the customer ever received it, because hotel staff signed for it not the customer.

We will deliver to a hotel or anywhere, if the customer pays by money order or wire transfer.

PHONE ORDERS: All phone orders are accepted using Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

MAIL ORDERS: Please print complete a description (size, color, etc.) with quantity and price or the parts you need. Fill in your current shipping address and include your daytime or message phone number. You may use Discover, MasterCard, or VISA - include card number, card holders' name, and expiration date - Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check - Personal Check orders are HELD 3 WEEKS for the check to clear

WE SPECIALIZE IN OVERSEAS / EXPORT ORDERING. We have a 24 hour FAX and a full time staff to deal with international FAX orders and inquiries.

PAYMENT:

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. Mail order payment must be by Money Order or Bank Check in U.S. Funds. Note: we no not accept Euro-Checks (in the US we have no easy facility for negotiating them)

FAX / Phone Orders must be paid by Credit Card - MasterCard, VISA Euro, Access, etc. - Include Card holders name and signature (if by FAX) and expiration date. We do accept wire / bank transfers for larger $ orders - please FAX or eMail for details.

We have several options for International Shipping. All International Shipping Rates are dependent on weight and size of Shipment. Call or FAX for a quote.

Canada and Mexico -Air Mail or UPS Ground.

All Other Countries: Your choice of 3 options

- Post Surface (Sea Mail): The least expensive, 1 - 3 months delivery time.

- Post Air (Air Mail): Much more expensive and faster, 1 - 3 weeks

- UPS International - The most reliable and fastest, 3 -5 Days. We prefer this method as it is traceable every step of the way.

Most countries will charge Duty or V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) on your orders. The rate may vary by type of product - clothing, bike parts, complete bike. This charge has nothing to do with . You will save substantially by buying USA products from at the Best Possible Prices in the World.

FOREIGN DELIVERY NOTE:

If any foreign order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all Duty and Custom Charges will be billed to your Credit Card by ! Once the products enter your country, these charges are assessed whether shipment is refused or received. Please be aware of all related charges before ordering!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do our absolute best to get your order to you complete, undamaged and 100% correct! If a mistake is made regarding your purchase or damage or a shortage has occurred in shipping, please observe the following procedure.

All returns for refund or exchange or replacement must be returned within 30 days in an unused and/or uninstalled condition. Please use and include all manufacturers packaging and your receipt/proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on used merchandise for any reason other than Authorized Warranty.

You may send your return by US Regular Mail or UPS surface shipping, whichever is more convenient for you. It must be sent freight prepaid. Sorry, we do not accept COD's, and we do not send call tags. If it is indeed our error that is the cause for your return, we will reimburse your shipping cost to you. (This is actual freight and does not include any packaging, preparing, or mailroom costs).

We will not reimburse Overnight, 2nd Day, or Air Shipping.

REFUNDS

You may return within 30 days for a 100% refund as long as it is unused and in it's original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee unless we made the error. Please allow 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check, please allow sufficient time for your return to reach us, and for return mail time to receive your refund check. No refunds for Labor Charges ( Wheel Build, Bike Build, etc.)

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If something arrives damaged, protest with the delivery person at that time, and immediately file a claim. If any further assistance is needed please contact us. (Claims are paid by shipping agency, not by BIKE-PRO).
